Immersive Body Art Experiences, Guided with Intention
ABC Bodyart creates immersive, guided body art experiences that invite people to connect, play, and see themselves differently. Led by artist and experience designer Vonetta Berry, our work centers the human body as a canvas for creativity, expression, and shared experience—not just visual spectacle.
While many artists offer painting as entertainment, ABC Bodyart specializes in leading audiences through experiences. Each event is thoughtfully designed with clear structure, consent-forward participation, and an emphasis on comfort—so participants feel supported, curious, and creatively alive.
An Experience-First Practice
At the heart of ABC Bodyart is the belief that art is most powerful when it is participatory. Whether guests are observing, interacting, or becoming the art themselves, our experiences are guided with care and intention.
Rather than treating body painting as a novelty or background feature, we design experiences with a beginning, middle, and end—creating moments that feel meaningful, memorable, and human. The focus is not just what guests see, but what they feel and carry with them afterward.

A Foundation Built on Care & Community
ABCBODYART was built through decades of community-based creative work, including family programming, children’s events, and sensory-aware face painting. This foundation continues to inform how we design experiences today—particularly our emphasis on accessibility, consent, and emotional safety.
While youth and family programming is no longer our primary focus, that history remains an essential part of our practice and values.
Education & Facilitation
In addition to live experiences, ABC Bodyart offers educational and facilitation-based programming, including:
Guided paint-and-sip style experiences with live models
Couples and partner-based body painting experiences
Instruction for artists learning face and body painting fundamentals
Courses focused on building and sustaining a creative art business
